Signature Cocktails
Old Fashioned
Bourbon or rye, a sugar cube, Angostura bitters, and an orange peel. Nothing more. The standard by which every other cocktail is measured.
Manhattan
Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. Stirred cold, served up. A drink that rewards the quality of its ingredients.
Martini
Gin or vodka, dry vermouth, your preference. We make it the way you want it and we have the spirits to back it up.
Sazerac
Rye, absinthe rinse, Peychaud's bitters, and a lemon peel. New Orleans in a glass. One of the oldest cocktails in America.
Seasonal Creations
A small rotation of original cocktails built around seasonal ingredients and premium spirits. Changed quarterly. Always worth trying.
